I really love how this hits every aspect of recommended multivitamin intake, but takes it up a notch with digestive enzymes and added amino acids/BCAA's. It's not often you see multivitamins have multiple benefits. I absolutely get a burst of energy and alertness directly after taking it. Because of the cold processed vitamins, it's very easy to digest and doesn't give me any stomach discomfort whatsoever. Lastly, it's super convenient I can take these vitamins directly into the mouth without the need to mix it in water first. Easily the tastiest, but also the easiest way to get your multivitamin in daily. Absolutely feel more energized and it beats having to swallow another pill, while also not needing to have eaten a meal in order to take it!
